मंदाना ने जुलाई 2016 में अपने बॅायफ्रेंड गौरव गुप्ता से सगाई कर ली, जो मुंबई में एक इंडियन बिजनेस मैन था. उसके बात साल 2017 में मंदाना ने गौरन से मार्च महीने में कोर्ट मैरिज कर ली. शादी के 4 महीने बाद ही जुलाई में मंदाना ने अपने पति और उनके परिवार के खिलाफ घरेलू हिंसा का मामला दर्ज कर दिया था. जिसे बाद में उन्होंने अपनी शादी को बचाने की उम्मीद में इस केस को वापस ले लिया.

Because it’s so important to be happy in both shapes or all shapes!! I was not in a mood to follow my routines,blamed it on doing so much at home(cooking,cleaning,taking care of my dogs and the list goes on...) and what I did was just survived and did what was making me happy which is “ eating junk,staying in bed ,eating in bed and spending the entire day in bed and hey don’t get me wrong it did make me happy until I realised I’m not happy anymore! I was watching and posting my throwback pic/videos while eating junk 🙄😫 So because I know how it feels to be fit I decided to get back where I left everything and my abs 😒🙄 moral of the story “fall down,get UP,cry,eat junk ,get healthy,burn that extra fat or put on fat ...”but be happy and stay real ♥️ face your problems,be kind to yourself,find different ways to be happy,make the best out of any situation and keep smiling because LIFE IS SHORT ♥️ #mondaymotivation #thoughts #keepingitreal #loveyourself
