Our verdict
The Hero: Love Story of a Spy gives you a 160-minute Hindi thriller with Sunny Deol in a triple role and Amrish Puri as the ISI chief. The plot ties a nuclear-bomb threat to a personal engagement-party bombing and a missing fiancee. It is a straightforward 2003 action-romance rather than a sleek modern spy film.
