Asur is a Hindi crime drama mystery series set in Varanasi. It follows Nikhil Nair, a forensic expert who becomes a teacher, as he returns to the Central Bureau of Investigation. There he teams up with his former mentor Dhananjay Rajpoot. Together they get caught in a cat-and-mouse game with a brutal serial killer. The show blends suspense, mythology and the murders of people who are totally unrelated.
