Nishaanchi story (no spoilers)
Nishaanchi is a Hindi crime drama centred on twin brothers who look identical but hold very different values. Their lives become tangled in crime, and the story follows them through brotherhood, betrayal, love, and redemption. The film explores how their choices shape not just their own fates but also the people around them, including Manjari, Rinku, Kamal Ajeeb, and Ambika Prasad. Directed by Anurag Kashyap, the film runs 176 minutes and sets a serious, character-driven tone as it digs into human nature and the consequences that follow. It is the first entry in the Nishaanchi Collection, followed by Nishaanchi 2.

Our verdict
Nishaanchi pairs Anurag Kashyap's crime-drama instincts with a twin-brother story about betrayal and redemption. The 176-minute runtime and serious tone mean it rewards viewers who settle in for a detailed character study. It is not a quick thrill, but the cast and director make it worth considering for fans of the genre.
