Mrithyunjay story (no spoilers)
Mrithyunjay is a Telugu crime thriller centred on Jay, a man who refuses to accept a death that the police have casually deemed natural. His doubt sparks an intense murder investigation, and as he digs deeper, what begins as quiet suspicion turns into a relentless pursuit of truth. The deeper he goes, the more layers of deception and danger he uncovers. ACP Seetha Patra is drawn into the case, while figures like Anji, Compounder Satthi, Basheer and a contract killer populate a world where nothing is as simple as it first appears. Directed by Hussain Sha Kiran, the film runs 122 minutes and blends crime, action and suspense. The tone is tense and driven by Jay's refusal to let an unexplained death slide, with the investigation pushing him into increasingly dangerous territory. Kaala Bhairava provides the music for this Telugu-language release.
