Our verdict
Love Story is a product of its time, with a plot that hinges on separation and reunion across generations. The performances, especially by Rajendra Kumar and Danny Denzongpa, anchor the melodrama. It's a decent watch for those nostalgic about 1980s Hindi cinema, but others may find it dated.
