It's a Medical Miracle story (no spoilers)
A young man is declared brain-dead, then suddenly awakens with the ability to hear everything. He seeks out the nurse whose voice saved him, but the search pulls him into a dark game of masks, memories, and revenge. In this Malayalam fantasy thriller, every sound around him could be a clue or a trap, and the line between rescue and danger keeps shifting. The tone stays tense and uneasy as he tries to understand what he has become and who is playing the game.

Our verdict
It's a Medical Miracle pairs a striking idea, a man who hears everything after being declared brain-dead, with a revenge mystery that keeps the tone dark. Sangeeth Prathap leads a cast that includes Sharafudheen and Akhila Bhargavan, and Shyamin Gireesh directs.
