Epic - First Semester story (no spoilers)
Aditya is studying in London, far from home, and finds himself grappling with family expectations, cultural differences and loneliness. His life changes when he meets the lively Kadali. The Telugu romance drama, directed by Aditya Hasan, follows that meeting and the unfinished story that unfolds between them, with the tagline 'An unfinished story.' It's a character-driven look at what happens when two people connect while one of them is still figuring out who he is away from everything familiar.
Should you watch Epic - First Semester?
Watch it for
- Anand Deverakonda and Vaishnavi Chaitanya lead as Aditya and Kadali, a pairing at the centre of the London-set story.
- Director Aditya Hasan builds a romance drama around homesickness and cultural distance rather than a glossy abroad fantasy.
- Hesham Abdul Wahab's music sets the tone for a 150-minute film that leans on mood and character.
- The tagline 'An unfinished story' signals a bittersweet, open-ended romance rather than a neat resolution.
Skip it if
