Enthiran story (no spoilers)

Dr. Vaseegaran builds Chitti, a powerful robot modelled on himself, but the scientific body AIRD rejects Chitti for lacking human behaviour and emotions. A lightning strike triggers emotions in Chitti, and he begins to develop human-like feelings. However, Chitti falls in love with Dr. Vaseegaran's fiancée, Sana, and turns against his creator, leading to dangerous consequences. The film mixes action, science fiction and adventure as the creator-creation bond fractures. With a runtime of 176 minutes, the story moves from a laboratory showcase to a conflict over love and control, set to A.R. Rahman's music and directed by Shankar. Rajinikanth plays both Dr. Vaseegaran and Chitti, with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as Sana and Danny Denzongpa as Dr Bohra.
