Dining with the Kapoors story (no spoilers)
Dining with the Kapoors is a 62-minute Hindi documentary that invites viewers into an afternoon with the Kapoor family, described as Hindi cinema's first family. Over homemade delicacies, members including Randhir Kapoor, Rima Jain, Ranbir Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Armaan Jain and Saif Ali Khan share conversation and nostalgia. The film has no fictional conflict; its gentle tension comes from the rare, candid glimpse it offers into a famously private dynasty. The tone is warm, reflective and intimate, with English and Hindi spoken throughout. Directed by Smriti Mundhra, it blends documentary and family genres, focusing on personal memories rather than career highlights.
